Artist's Description
This photograph was taken on the Beara Peninsula. We have crossed from the south side of the peninsula to the north side via Healy Pass. The mountains in the distance are part of the Ring of Kerry. We were there in May 2014.
About John and Julie Black
After living with a Continental Divide view of the Rocky Mountains for over 20 years, we have moved to the southwest desert community of St George, UT. We purchased our first 'serious' camera in 1983 in preparation for a month-long camera safari in Africa. Once smitten, we've never looked back. The world is our playground & we enjoy traveling on roads too small to have lines & capturing the moment before it is gone. Bright shiny objects easily lead us astray & rich colors, fabulous skies & 'old stuff' keep us looking for more. We are still in the process of building our website.
